The Challenge

Dstny operates across a fragmented ecosystem of resellers, wholesalers, distributors, and end customers — each with different pricing models, product catalogs, commercial agreements, and country-specific constraints. The result was operational inefficiency, limited growth, and high support costs.

The issue wasn't complexity itself, but the lack of scalable models to manage it.
